Today on auspicious Birth Anniversary of Gyaltshuen Ashi Jetsen Pema Wangchuck the Dzongkhag Administration Bumthang inaugurated a protrait of great 4th DruK Gyalpo, 5th DruK Gyalpo and Gyatsuen, and 70th Jekhenpo by the Offtg Dzongdag and Dratshang Umzi in presence of Dzongkhag officials.
